Pre-release terms: owner review of these public website terms is still required, including operator/contact facts. Qualified Philippine counsel review of governing law, eligibility, liability and enforceability remains unresolved. Publishing this draft does not establish legal approval; registration terms must be approved before Alpha registration is activated.

These terms concern the Thraia marketing website operated by JEITY INC. (Jeity) and registration on the Alpha waitlist. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a waitlist registration.

Website purpose and development status

This website explains Thraia, Jeity’s general-purpose AI agent platform. Thraia is in Alpha. Descriptions may cover intended architecture and experiences that are still being developed. Features, availability and direction may change. Examples are illustrative concepts, not evidence of operational integrations or customer deployments.

The website is separate from the Thraia application and API. These terms do not grant application access. Any future application use may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices and agreements.

The Alpha waitlist

Alpha registration is currently unavailable. The form remains visible but does not accept registrations. The registration provisions below apply only after registration is explicitly activated.

You may register an email address you control and provide accurate information about your interest. If registering for an organization, do not imply authority you do not have. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information.

Registering your interest does not verify email ownership. Joining the waitlist does not create a Thraia account, organization, subscription or purchase obligation. It does not guarantee an invitation, a particular place in a queue, a release date, access to any particular capability, pricing or free usage. Personal and organizational experiences may follow different testing schedules.

Jeity may select participants according to the needs of Alpha testing and may pause or close the waitlist. You may request removal by contacting hello@jeity.co.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, evade security checks, submit other people’s email addresses without authority, scrape private information, send malicious content or abuse the interest form endpoint. Jeity may restrict abusive requests to protect the website and its users.

Website content and third parties

Thraia and Jeity branding, website design and original content belong to Jeity or their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant rights to use the marks or imply endorsement. You may link to the public website.

Links or optional embedded media may lead to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not promise their availability or endorse all their content.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors, change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the informational website is provided without warranties about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or the delivery of future functionality.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jeity is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unannounced features, expected Alpha access or website interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains the data collected for this website and waitlist, its uses, service providers, retention and ways to request access, correction or deletion.

Changes, applicable law and contact

Jeity may revise these terms as the website evolves. The version date identifies the current text. Material changes affecting waitlist participation will be communicated as appropriate.

These website terms are intended to be governed by Philippine law, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply. This clause requires review by Philippine counsel before release.
