Privacy Notice
Notice version: 22 October 2026 — website and future Alpha interest
Review notice: website publication still requires owner review of Jeity’s operator/contact details, technical request processing, applicable transfers and rights procedures. Qualified Philippine privacy counsel must review the applicable processing basis, provider arrangements, retention and rights procedures before Alpha registration is activated.
Alpha registration is currently unavailable. The visible form does not accept or transmit registrations, load Turnstile or send details to Resend. The waitlist-processing descriptions below apply only after registration is explicitly activated. Cloudflare still processes technical requests to deliver and protect this website. If you contact Jeity by email, your email service and Jeity’s receiving service process that correspondence; it is separate from the disabled form.
JEITY INC. (Jeity) operates this informational website for Thraia, a general-purpose AI agent platform currently in Alpha. This notice covers the website and its Alpha waitlist. It does not describe processing inside the separate Thraia application, which will need its own applicable notices.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and interest type: Personal, Organization or Developer. You may also provide your name, an organization name and a short intended use case. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential project details or information about other people.
Your submitted details, submission timestamp and acknowledgment/version of this notice are included in an email to Jeity at hello@jeity.co. There is no application waitlist database, verification token or verification-status record. We do not ask for a password or create an application account.
Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. When registration is enabled, Turnstile also processes security signals and the Worker passes your IP address to Cloudflare’s security and rate-limit services. Our application does not log submitted details, email addresses, security tokens or IP addresses. Provider security/logging systems may process and retain technical information under separate policies.
Why we use it
We use this information to review expressions of interest manually, understand intended uses, select potential Alpha participants and contact selected participants about relevant Alpha opportunities. We also use limited technical information to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
Joining the waitlist is voluntary. We require an explicit acknowledgment of this notice. This does not sign you up for unrelated promotional emails. We do not offer a separate marketing subscription on this website.
Email submission and communications
After validation and a successful security check, the website sends one structured email through Resend to Jeity’s receiving mailbox. Success means Resend accepted the request; this does not prove inbox delivery. Email ownership is not verified. No automatic acknowledgment email is sent to you, and no invitation or queue position is guaranteed.
Jeity reviews incoming requests manually and may contact selected participants later. Submission does not create an account or subscription. You can request removal by contacting us.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides website delivery, Workers and abuse protection. When registration is enabled, Cloudflare also provides Turnstile and Resend processes the submission email and operational records. Jeity’s receiving email service retains incoming requests and related correspondence. Email-only submission still processes and retains personal data. These providers may process data outside the Philippines. Jeity must confirm the receiving-mailbox provider, relevant contracts, processing locations and safeguards with owner/legal review before registration is activated.
We do not sell waitlist details. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers supporting these purposes. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address abuse and protect rights.
Cookies, media and tracking
This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. When registration is enabled, Turnstile may process browser and security signals as described in Cloudflare’s privacy information. If an approved introduction video is available, no YouTube player is loaded until you choose to play it. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain; after interaction, YouTube may process information under its own policies.
Retention and deletion
Requests remain in Jeity’s receiving email service and may also remain in Resend operational records, provider security logs and backups. An approved mailbox retention period and deletion procedure have not yet been provided; these require owner/legal review before registration is activated. Direct email correspondence still requires appropriate retention and rights handling while registration is unavailable. No application database cleanup or automatic mailbox deletion is implemented.
To request deletion, email hello@jeity.co with “Thraia privacy” in the subject. Authorized personnel must locate the request and correspondence, arrange deletion in the mailbox and relevant provider systems as applicable, and explain any retention required by law or provider backup policies. Removing an inbox message does not immediately erase every provider copy. Jeity must approve the actual retention, backup and rights-response procedures before registration is activated.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about access, correction or deletion of your details, object to processing, or withdraw from the waitlist. Applicable privacy rights depend on the circumstances and law. Contact hello@jeity.co with “Thraia privacy” in the subject. We may need to verify your authority to request a change. Do not send identity documents unless a secure, necessary process has been agreed.
If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission or another competent privacy authority. This notice does not restrict rights provided by applicable law.

We will update the version date when this notice changes. Material changes affecting existing waitlist processing will be communicated as appropriate.
